3 Service Terms (All Required)

I understand that NexaFlow Digital will deliver a fully functional live URL within 24 hours of this agreement being accepted and the Upwork contract being signed. Within 24 hours of receiving the live URL, I commit to releasing 75% of the total project cost as a deposit via the agreed payment method (Upwork Direct Contract). I understand that failure to pay the 75% deposit within the 24-hour window constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in project suspension. I understand that if I fail to respond, provide feedback, or make payment within 14 calendar days of receiving the live URL, NexaFlow Digital may suspend all work, archive the project, and a 15% reactivation fee may apply to resume work. If I go silent (no communication) for more than 7 consecutive days after receiving the live URL, NexaFlow Digital may send a final 48-hour notice. If no response is received, the project is considered abandoned. All edits, corrections, and revision requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of live URL delivery. After this period, the project is considered complete. Additional changes will require a new maintenance or update contract. The remaining 25% of payment is due before domain mapping, DNS configuration, final deployment, or transfer of source code/files. The website will remain on NexaFlow Digital staging infrastructure until cleared. By submitting this form, I confirm that my typed legal name, email verification, IP address, and timestamp constitute a legally binding electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten signature under applicable e-signature laws. All information provided is true and accurate. I understand that providing false information may result in immediate termination of service and forfeiture of any deposits.
